Cherry Woodblock Relief Printing

April 13th and 27th 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Discover the timeless art of woodblock printmaking in our two-session introductory workshop featuring traditional cherry hardwood blocks. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn essential techniques from proper carving tool safety and sharpening to transferring your own images onto the blocks.

Monotypes Techniques

May 4th and 18th,  9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of monotype printmaking in this introductory workshop, comprised of two engaging 3-hour sessions. Using non-toxic Akua ink, you’ll explore an array of techniques to create images layered with depth and nuance.

  • REFUNDS
    A 100% Refund will be given if you withdraw from the workshop 1 week before the start of the workshop. No refunds will be given after that time.  If possible, a workshop credit will be issued at the discretion of the center.  Workshop Credits are only valid for the next workshop. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to info@ducret.edu.  Workshop drops will not be accepted by phone.
