The duCret Auditorium-Theater comes equipped with a a proscenium stage, tables and chairs, handicapped entrance ramp, a huge parking lot, and on-site bathroom.
Bring your own decor and create a lavish setting as you please. Weekend event (Sat &/or Sun) or weekday evening rentals are available.
The room hosts up to 250 persons in auditorium seating, or 150 with tables and chairs. This theater max capacity is 300 standing individuals.

Studio Rentals
duCret is an incubator for non-profits and artists alike. Rent space in the second and third floors of the main house and gain a quiet space for you to do work and be inspired.
All studio rentals are on a month-to-month basis and can be shared with other artists.

The Chapel Rental
The duCret Chapel is a unique and intimate setting for any event. The Chapel offers a distinguished, private, and scenic environment perfect for wedding ceremonies, dinner reception, church gatherings, and conferences.
This elegant and artistic venue simply cannot be found anywhere else. Weekend event (Sat &/or Sun) or weekday evening rentals are available.
The room hosts up to 50 persons in auditorium seating. This chapel max capacity is 100 standing individuals.

The Conference Room
The duCret Conference Room offers the ability to have private meetings in a professional location. You are able to arrange the conference room to suit your business occasion. We can help your business stay on budget with our affordable rates for this professional setting

Rent our Grounds
The duCret School of The Arts front lawn is a wonderful way to grab street traffic for fundraisers against a picturesque mansion backdrop. The space is great for yard sales, fairs, carnivals or birthday parties.
