Discover the beauty of traditional Celtic design in this hands-on Celtic Tile Carving workshop. In this one-day ceramics class, students will create a clay tile and learn how to carve flowing Celtic-style patterns using classic techniques and tools.

You’ll start by forming your tile, then carve intricate knotwork and decorative motifs inspired by Celtic art. Once your design is complete, you’ll choose a glaze finish that best highlights your carving. Our studio will take care of the glazing and kiln firing for you.

In 3–4 weeks, your finished ceramic tile will be ready to pick up,or give as a meaningful, handmade gift.
