Thursdays 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Students will learn the essential skills of rendering portraits from a photograph. Learn to see color along with color mixing for life-like portraiture. Learn how to begin a portrait.
Students will be introduced to color theory and how to set up a palette. We will study how to mix life-like skin tones and how to see values. Block-ins, paint application, form modeling, and brushwork will be explored in this informative and exciting course to masterfully capture an accurate portrait.
