Class Details
This workshop is for aspiring or beginning comic book artists to help guide them on the styles of comic book art, page and panel layouts and visual storytelling techniques.
During the course of this workshop, the student will learn the basics of comic book and graphic novel creation through lectures, demos and examples. They will create their own character(s) as well as short illustrated stories.
This is NOT a “learn to draw” class, so some level of artistic skill would be helpful.
The art created in this class will be by hand and not computer-based.
